Elevate Your Summer isn't focused on body image, but it was inspired by it. Sometime in March, the messaging about "getting your summer body on" started coming and it got me fired up. Whatever body we show up in this summer IS a summer body. It's a body to appreciate & use for all of the joy, pleasure and adventure available to us. I spent too many summers semi-hiding when I didn't feel like I had the 'appropriate' body and that's boring and sad. This program is about getting your Summer VIBE on and participating 100 in your life!
Here's the Program!
-Private Facebook group where you can share, ask for help, encourage, inspire, get some coaching when you need it
-Four weekly topics and inspiration via Zoom or Facebook Live. Tuesdays 6/6 - 6/27 12PM CT (recordings available if you can't be there live)
-Wrap up/Celebration Call on July 5

-1:1 Private Coaching Session with me during the program (virtual meet)
