People come to coaching because they want to make change or have important goals they want to achieve. Coaching is a process of discovery, awareness, clarity, and action. You will set the big agenda for our engagement and choose the smaller agendas during our sessions. As your coach I will hold you as creative, competent and capable. I will hold a safe space where you can dive deep into what you are working on so that you can learn about yourself and about your situation(s). I promise to listen fully, hold space for emotions, provide lightness & humor, help you see yourself, challenge you and celebrate who you already are and who you are becoming. The thing about coaching....it gets people from point A to point B faster.
