People come to coaching because they want to make change or have important goals they want to achieve.  Coaching is a process of discovery, awareness, clarity, and action.  You will set the big agenda for our engagement and choose the smaller agendas during our sessions.  As your coach I will hold you as creative, competent and capable.  I will hold a safe space where you can dive deep into what you are working on so that you can learn about yourself and about your situation(s). I promise to listen fully, hold space for emotions, provide lightness & humor, help you see yourself, challenge you and celebrate who you already are and who you are becoming.  The thing about gets people from point A to point B faster.  

What is the Process?

Free Discovery 


We'll talk via phone or Zoom about your goals in coaching and to see if we are a fit.


You'll receive some tools to help you assess where you are now, your values, thoughts and behaviors and where you want to go

Foundation Session

In this two-hour session we'll set the foundation for our coaching relationship. We'll go deeper into where you are now and what you want to achieve through coaching

Coaching Begins

Awareness & Action

Self Assessment

Informed with your Self Assessment and our Foundation Session, we'll get to work. These will be thought provoking, courageous, vulnerable conversations that lead to clarity, action, accountability and change.




Create, improve or set boundaries in your relationships with a partner, family member, coworkers or friends. Get clear on what you want and what you are willing to give to have more fulfilling relationships.


Afraid to speak up, ask, show yourself?  Living in the dimness of self-doubt & fear? Let's dig into those internal messages like "I'm not good enough" or "what will he, she, they think?".  Let's uncover your superpowers and step into your

bolder life


It's integrated with your whole life and there's much to cover here, like:  Dissatisfaction and the Sunday blues. Stepping up into an exciting new role.  Deciding whether to make a change. What do you really want in your work
